To participate in night dives or dives below 18m/60ft divers are required to show experience/certification in night/deep diving or take the relevant course while on board.
For recreational dives, the maximum depth is 30m/100ft and the maximum dive time is 60 minutes.
We do not allow diving after the consumption of any alcohol.
Please make sure you have at least 18-24 hours after scuba diving before boarding a flight or traveling to a higher altitude.

Change of Itinerary:
Every effort will be made to follow the proposed routes and dive sites. However, the final itinerary and locations are at the discretion of the Captain and these may change according to weather, safety, or other logistical concerns.

Cancellation or disruption:
Cancellation or disruption caused through Infiniti (such as mechanical or other reasonably unforeseeable problems) entitles the guest to a pro-rata refund of the disrupted portion of the vacation in credit or refund. If dive days are canceled or curtailed due to weather, there is no reimbursement or compensation. The guest or their insurance must shoulder the costs of cancellations, losses, and disruptions caused by reasons outside of Infinitis’ control or responsibility. This includes but is not limited to inclement weather, health problems, family emergencies, lost luggage, canceled or postponed flights (including those we book for them), and any other unforeseen reasons that can change travel plans and/or cause financial losses. Infiniti can provide documentation to support their insurance claims upon their request, however, it is their responsibility to insure themselves or their group against these possible losses.
