Deposit and Payment: A 30% deposit is due within 7 days to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 90 days before the day of embarkation. We prefer payment buy bank wire transfer. Credit Card/PayPal payment is subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Your reservation is obligation free and you can cancel anytime within the first 72 hours of confirmation for full refund less USD 100 per person to cover our banking and administrative charges. For cancellation with over 60 days to the trip, a 70% refund is issued. For cancellations with 60 days or less to the day of embarkation there is no refund.
In case of cancellation, the money will be transferred to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days.
If you want to change your booking (for a later date or a different trip), after the original booking has been confirmed, we will assist you in every possible way we can. However, such alteration is subject to availability and may require additional charges.
No refund will be issued if you fail to arrive by the scheduled departure. However, if we can accommodate by departing late and still keeping our schedule we will try, and it should be agreed upon at the time of the booking.
Single Occupancy: All prices are based on double occupancy. In case of single guests from different bookings, guests of same gender share a cabin. A single supplement rate of 80% of the full price (not discounted prices or specials) is charged for a guaranteed private room.
Non-Diver Discount: In case of a non-diver guest, a non-diver discount of 10% is applied to the full price. Snorkeling, Kayaking and stand up paddleboards are available for non-divers at no extra charge.
Minimum Age Requirement: Children 8 and over are allowed on board with parents only. Parents are fully responsible for children at all times as we do not have childcare facilities on board. It is parent’s responsibility that children are present at safety briefings and follow all safety procedures. Parents have to ensure that children do not disturb the peace and quiet of other guests or the effective running of the cruise.
Check in and Boarding: On the embarkation day, our staff will pick you up from the airport or your hotel (within 5 km of the local airport) and bring you to the Infiniti. Our check in time is from 11 am onwards on the day of departure. Boat leaves at 5 pm, so please make sure, you book a flight that gives you enough time to get to the boat in time before departure. Snacks and hot and cold beverages will be available for you while you are settling down and will be followed by dinner.
Check out time is 8 am on the day of the disembarkation. Breakfast will be served on board and then our staff will help you disembark and transport you to the airport or to your hotel (within 5 km of the airport only) .
Please make sure you have at least 18-24 hours after scuba diving before boarding a flight or travelling to higher altitude.
Documents Required: Upon embarkation, our cruise director may need to see the following documents:
- A health certificate issued by a physician in case you have a known medical condition (certain medical conditions may prohibit you from scuba diving including but not limited to epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, lung conditions, or heart disease)
- A passport with at least six-month validity from the day of embarkation
- Open Water certification or equivalent
- Dive log /dive computer history
- Fill out our Guest Information Form, understand and sign our ‘Terms and Conditions/ waiver’ and any other relevant paperwork
- The 10% deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable.
- 60 days before the departure day, the balance needs to be paid in full. In case of cancellation no refund is issued.
Dive/travel insurance Mandatory (we strongly advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation insurance, evacuation and medical coverage that includes all your trip related activities.) Please be advised that if guests choose not to carry travel insurance, we will not be held responsible for any financial loss incurred because of trip cancellation because of reasons beyond our control.

Full Boat Charter: In case of full boat charter, the price and terms and conditions are based on the special group offer. The maximum number of passengers for the charter is 25. These trips cannot be cancelled, and it is the person chartering the boat’s responsibility to find replacements for any individual cancellations in the group.
For full boat charter, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit, a second installment of 20% 180 days to the charter and the final balance payment is due 60 days prior to the trip. If the trip is booked 60 days or less from the day of the departure, 100% of the payment is required. Payment is to be made by wire transfer in USD and all charges are to be paid by the remitter.
We highly recommend booking refundable flights and hotels as in case of trip delay or cancellation for reasons beyond our control, we only refund trip price. Travel expenses will not be refunded.
Liability: We at Infiniti Liveaboard do not accept any legal liability to you or for any loss or damage to your luggage or dive equipment while transferring to or from the boat or while being on board. We will, however, help you in every possible way with your insurance claims for the lost or damaged goods.
We will have no liability and offer no compensation to you whatsoever unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct of our staff.
Our liability under any circumstances is limited to a 100% refund of your bookings.
In case we have to cancel a trip because of events and circumstances beyond our control like but not limited to war, civil unrest, terrorist threat or activities, political or economic disputes, government restrictions or climate and weather related events that pose any safety risk to anyone on board Infiniti, a total refund minus the expenses incurred may be granted at our sole discretion. Please book refundable hotel and flights as those expenses will not be refunded by us.
If a trip is cancelled because of bad weather, you can either choose to accept an alternate trip of equivalent value and standard at a later date (Subject to availability) or a total refund minus any charges incurred.
If the trip has to be cut short due to unforeseeable circumstances, a partial refund may be offered at our sole discretion. It is highly unlikely, but any trip itinerary may be altered at the Cruise Director’s or Captain’s discretion to ensure the safety and well-being of all on board. We adhere to any warnings issued by Philippine coast Guard or Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)
We reserve the right to deny boarding or forfeit a guest’s trip if at any time the guest displays abusive, inappropriate or threatening behavior towards another guest or staff members. Please do not participate in any scuba/ water related activity after alcohol consumption. Any damage or loss to the equipment or property belonging to Infiniti will be charged to you at the Cruise Director’s discretion.
